Cordyceps grows in the grassy lands of the Himalayas. Cordyceps may increase the production of adenosine triphosphate, which is a primary source of energy. It has a proven anti fatigue effect and may improve oxygen uptake and boost performance.
Siberian Ginseng
Siberian Ginseng (eleutherococcus senticosus) is a small woody shrub native to southeastern Russia and northern China. It helps to normalize the way in which the body responds to stress. It also increases oxygenation of the cells and thereby increases endurance and alertness. It is known to strengthen the spleen and nourish the kidney and thereby provide energy and vitality.
Schisandra Berry
Schisandra berry has adaptogenic effects, central nervous system stimulation, hepatoprotective effects and potential anticancer potential. It increases an enzyme called endothelial nitric oxide synthase, responsible for converting circulating arginine into Nitric Oxide, so it relaxes the blood vessels and increases blood flow, delivering your body and brain more nutrients.

We love coffee. But it has some side effects. Though it can block the brain chemicals that make you feel tired, at the same time it triggers the release of adrenalin, the fight or flight hormone. Also, sensitive people may experience nervousness after drinking coffee. Plus, coffee has a rebound fatigue effect after the caffeine leaves your system. Our advice is to take Philo Energy somewhere in the morning. Because of the energizing effects of the ingredients, it is better not to take it too late in the evening or before bed. (Late) afternoon would still be OK though.
